How to add a product to a member

Want to grant a new product to an existing member? This guide with show you the way.
 

Step 1:

Find the member

The first step is to find the member's account in the people tab. You can search for a single member's name, or create a filter to get a list of specific members. 

Once you've found the member, click view to access the member's account details


Step 2:

Granting access to the product

The next page will display a dashboard for the member details. From here you can learn more about the member. What you want to do now is select the product tab from the menu on the left.

Now click +grant products at the top right

On the next page, you will see a drop-down menu with a list of your current offers. Select the offer that contains the product that you'd like to grant, then click save

Note: If the product is not included in an offer, you will have to create one. Learn how to create an offer here.
